// Overview

What we do

A boat trailer lives a hard life: saltwater immersion, road heat, and heavy loads all attack it constantly. Neglected bearings, corroded wiring, and worn brakes are a common cause of roadside failures and launch-ramp headaches.

We service the whole trailer — electrical, brakes, bearings, and structure — so it tows safely and launches without drama. Regular maintenance here is cheap insurance against a stranded rig or a damaged boat.

Because the best trip starts with getting there safely.

Brakes & Bearings

Stop and roll safely

Trailer brakes and wheel bearings take a beating from heat and saltwater, and a seized bearing or failed brake can be dangerous and expensive. We service and repack bearings, inspect and repair brakes, and keep the running gear road-ready.

  • Bearing service & repack
  • Seal replacement
  • Brake inspection & repair
  • Hub & drum service
  • Torque & safety check
  • Corrosion assessment

Trailer Maintenance

Road-ready and reliable

General trailer maintenance catches the wear — tires, rollers, bunks, winch, safety chains, and structure — before it causes a problem on the highway or at the ramp. We keep the whole trailer in safe, dependable condition.

  • Tire & wheel inspection
  • Roller & bunk service
  • Winch & strap check
  • Safety-chain & coupler review
  • Frame & rust inspection
  • Overall safety check

// FAQ

Common questions

How often should trailer bearings be serviced?+
At least annually for a saltwater-used trailer, and sooner with heavy use. Saltwater is brutal on bearings, and a seized bearing can cause a dangerous roadside failure.
Why do my trailer lights keep failing?+
Almost always corrosion in the wiring, connectors, or grounds from repeated immersion. We repair with sealed, waterproof, corrosion-resistant components and LED lighting so it lasts.
Do you service trailer brakes?+
Yes. We inspect, repair, and service trailer brakes and running gear so the rig stops safely under load.
Can you fix rust or structural issues?+
We inspect the frame and running gear and address corrosion and wear. For significant structural damage we will advise honestly on repair versus replacement.
My trailer sat unused — what should I check?+
Bearings, tires, brakes, and lights especially. We can go through the whole trailer and make it safe before you tow and launch again.
