// Overview

What we do

The hull is the foundation of the boat, and damage is not always just cosmetic. Cracks, soft spots, and delamination can weaken the structure and allow water intrusion, while worn or damaged gelcoat leaves the surface unprotected and affects the boat’s appearance and value.

We perform structural fiberglass repairs, restore damaged gelcoat surfaces, and fabricate custom components. Every job begins with sound structural work and careful surface preparation, followed by professional finish work designed to protect the repair and blend cleanly with the surrounding surface.

From minor cracks and chips to extensive restoration, our goal is a hull that is strong, properly protected, and professionally finished.

Service 01 / Hull & Fiberglass

Structural Repair

Restore real strength

Cracks, impact damage, soft decks, and delamination are structural issues that must be repaired correctly, not just filled. We rebuild the fiberglass laminate to restore genuine strength and integrity, so the repair is as sound as the original — or stronger.

  • Crack & impact repair
  • Delamination & soft-spot repair
  • Structural laminate rebuild
  • Core replacement where needed
  • Reinforcement & fairing
  • Watertight verification

Gelcoat Repair

Restore a clean, protected finish

Gelcoat protects the fiberglass underneath while giving the boat its finished appearance. Chips, scratches, cracks, and worn areas can expose the surface to moisture and make the boat look neglected. We carefully prepare and repair damaged areas, apply new gelcoat where needed, and wet-sand, buff, and blend the surface for a clean, professional finish.

  • Gelcoat repair & application
  • Scratch, chip & crack repair
  • Surface preparation & fairing
  • Wet sanding & buffing
  • Finish blending
  • Protective final polish

// FAQ

Common questions

Is a hull crack serious?+
It can be. Some are cosmetic gelcoat cracks, but others are structural or let water into the laminate or core. We assess it properly and repair to restore genuine strength, not just appearance.
What is delamination and can it be fixed?+
Delamination is when fiberglass layers or the core separate, creating soft spots and weakness. It can be repaired by rebuilding the laminate and, where needed, replacing core material.
Do you fabricate custom parts?+
Yes. We build custom fiberglass components, mounts, and reinforcements when an off-the-shelf part does not exist or is not strong enough.
Will the repair be as strong as original?+
Done correctly, a structural fiberglass repair restores — and can exceed — the original strength in the repaired area. We prioritize sound structure before finish.
